Mark listened to all my ideas, came up with solutions and consulted with me every step of the way. Some of my decisions ended up not working for me personally (my fault not Mark's) and I was willing to change it at my own cost. Mark was brilliant and came up with solutions and compromises that meant I didn't end up paying any extra. He definitely went above and beyond. I also found him to be very trust worthy so often just left a key for him if I couldn't be home.
